Instruments are calibrated in accordance with Texas Department of State Health Services – Bureau of Radiation Control, under Suntrac’s Texas License Number L03062 and requirements of standards:
ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and ANSI-N323-1997
*Customer approval on estimates is required before work will be performed.
Instruments for repair and/or calibration should be packaged, prepared, and marked in accordance with good commercial practices.
SUNTRAC does offer custom cut Shipping Cases.
Return shipments will be insured for the replacement value of the equipment and sent collect, unless prior arrangements are made
